Tuesday's USU Softball Doubleheader At Idaho State Cancelled Due To Inclement Weather

April 10, 2007

POCATELLO, Idaho - Utah State's softball doubleheader at Idaho State on Tuesday was cancelled due to inclement weather, after the Aggies were leading 2-0 in the top of the third. All stats from the game will not count.

Sophomore 1B Aubrie Stroman's 2-2 effort with an RBI single and a ground-rule double, as well as junior 3B Amy Schaible's solo home run in the top of the third will not count.

The Aggies, 11-23 overall and 1-5 in Western Athletic Conference action, resume WAC play this weekend, hosting Louisiana Tech in a three-game series on Friday and Saturday, April 14-15. Friday's single game will start at 3 p.m., while first pitch for Saturday's twinbill is slated for 1 p.m.

Admission to all USU softball games at LaRee and LeGrand Johnson Field is free to the public.
