Sprinter Wes Felix and jumper Erin Williams have been named Pac-10 Athletes of the Week for Track and Field, the conference announced today.

Felix, a sophomore, had a fantastic meet against UCLA on Saturday. He took part in four wins: he won the 100m in a personal-best 10.24w, the 200m in a Pac-10 leading and personal-best 20.79, and he also ran legs on USC's Pac-10 leading 400m relay squad (39.90) and the 1600m relay squad.

It's the third consecutive week that a Trojan has won the male track athlete of the week award from the conference (Ryan Wilson won it the other two times).

Williams, a senior, pulled off a huge upset with a win in the long jump over UCLA's Candice Baucham. Williams, who is a walk-on athlete at USC, leaped a Pac-10-leading and personal-best 19-9 3/4 on her way to the big victory.

She is the third USC female to win conference field athlete of the week in as many weeks (Julianna Tudja won it the other two times).

Of the 12 athletes honored by the Pac-10 in the last three weeks, eight of them have been from USC.
