Winkle Kelley has been Coordinator of Advising Programs for Student Athletes since 1988. In addition to her duties as program coordinator, Kelley serves as the advisor for the many student athletes undecided in their major. Her door is always open; Kelley encourages students to take advantage of her services and to become actively involved in their academic growth.

In 1991, she received the National Academic Advising Association's Certificate of Merit for outstanding academic advising of students.

An Ocean State native, Kelley earned her B.A. and M.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island.

Kelley resides in Newport, RI.
