    • INDIANAPOLIS, IND.--The North Carolina women's tennis team will host an NCAA Tournament regional for the third successive year under head coach Brian Kalbas with bids and seedings announced Wednesday night by the NCAA Women's Tennis Committee.

    North Carolina is the No. 9 seed and the Tar Heels will host May 12 and 13 at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.

    Following is the tournament Schedule

    Friday, May 12
    12:00 p.m. North Carolina (ranked #8, 24-6) vs. South Carolina State (19-2)
    3:00 p.m. Wake Forest (ranked #21, 13-9) vs. South Carolina (ranked #36, 12-10)
    Saturday, May 13
    3:00 p.m. Second-round match featuring Friday's winners

    Parking immediately adjacent to the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center will be reserved, but ample parking will be available in surrounding lots.

    Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for senior citizens and students each day. Saturday's ticket also includes admission to first round matches being hosted by UNC in the NCAA Men's Tennis Championship.
