GREENSBORO, N.C. - Pairings for the 2007 Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship have been determined, as announced by the league office on April 22, following all ACC regular season competition. North Carolina, the host school and No. 3 seed, will face No. 6 seed Virginia Tech at 1 p.m. on Thursday. The winner of that contest will face No. 2 seed Duke on Friday at 3 p.m.

Maryland earned the top seed in the upcoming ACC three-day tournament, after the second-ranked Terrapins defeated Virginia Tech, 21-17, earlier on Sunday. With the win, Maryland improved to 14-2 overall and 4-1 in league action, claiming the Terps' first-ever No. 1 seed in the ACC Tournament.
