Robella Earns Third EAGL Weekly Honor
 
Christine Robella named EAGL Gymnast of the Week back-to-back weeks.

For the second straight week, North Carolina senior Christine Robella has been named the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Gymnast of the Week. This is the third time this season that Robella has received this honor.

A native of Alexandria, Va., Robella, finished first in the all-around at North Carolina's first home meet of the season against NC State and George Washington, scoring a 39.000. In addition to her all-around win, Robella placed first on floor exercise and vault. On floor exercise, Robella earned a season-high score of 9.900.

Fans will have the opportunity to watch Robella and the Tar Heels at home on Friday, Feb. 16 when the team takes on the University of Minnesota. The meet will take place at 7 p.m. in Carmichael Auditorium.
