Keller Earns All-America Honors

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina field hockey senior Meredith Keller has topped off her career with All-America honors, as selected by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. A midfielder from Greenville, Del., she was named to the 16-member second team.

Keller started all 87 games during her UNC career and totaled 46 points (15 goals, 16 assists). As a senior, she served as a team captain and was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference and All-ACC Tournament teams. She was a first team All-South Region pick in 2002 after earning second team honors in her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons.

The 1999 ACC Rookie of the Year, Keller is the 31st Carolina player to earn All-America honors.
