Hello everyone!!

Today was a pretty exciting day. First of all, breakfast was similar to an American breakfast for the first time this entire trip. Everyone got up for this: bacon, eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, etc. This was the highlight of my day. After breakfast we went to visit the stadium where the opening ceremonies for the Olympics will be held. It is the only one in the world made of marble. We all took pictures in front of the Olympic flame, too.

Next we visited the Parthenon, which I think is one of the Ancient World Wonders. There's not too much left of it, but I bet it was beautiful in its day ;). The view was amazing. The Parthenon area is the acropolis of the city, or the higest point, so all of Athens could be seen from the top.

After this, we went back to the hotel to relax before our game. Unfortunately, our pregame meal came about 30 minutes before the game so it wasn't very easy playing on a full stomach. We pulled a win anyway, in overtime. The team treated us to dinner afterward and the food was delicious. For some reason, we can't seem to coordinate our pick-up times with the drivers, so we waited for the bus again then went back to our hotel, only to wake up and do something similar again.

Let me also say hello to my family. I miss you guys so much and can't wait to come home. Four more days! Love you and see everyone soon.
