Men's Swimming Takes 31st At NCAA Championships

ATHENS, GA. - The North Carolina men's and women's swimming and diving team concluded its 2001-02 season Saturday night with a 31st place finish at the 79th annual NCAA Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Georgia's Gabrielson Natatorium. The Tar Heels scored seven team points in the Championships.

On Saturday night UNC junior Sean Quinn earned All-America honors for the second time in his three seasons as a Tar Heel. Quinn took 10th place in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:57.02.
