2007 All-Big West Honorable Mention
One of four players to start all 53 games played...Batted .268 on the season, ranking fourth amongst the Gauchos...Led the team and ranked third in the Big West with her four sacrifice flies...Second on the team in RBI (27), doubles (9), homeruns (5), and slugging percentage (.439)...Third for runs (25), triples (2), total bases (72), and stolen bases (8)...Got the season off to a good start as she went 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs in an 8-6 win over No. 23 Massachusetts on Feb. 9...Posted three consecutive games with a hit and four straight games with a run as the Gauchos went 4-0 at the Softball by the Beach Tournament (Feb. 16-18)...During the Feb. 24 game against UT San Antonio, she went 2-for-3 at the plate with two runs and a season-best three RBI and a career-high two homers...Went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI in the Gauchos' 8-7 upset of No. 2 Arizona State on Mar. 2...Racked up a five-game hitting streak (Mar. 4-10), which included four straight games with a double and three consecutive games with a RBI...Her streak included a 4-for-4 performance against Sacramento State on Mar. 10...Went 2-for-3 with a stolen base in the 3-1 upset over No. 11 UCLA on Mar. 27...Posted a career-high pair of doubles as she went 2-for-4 with two RBI at Pacific on Apr. 6...Second triple of the season drove home the gamewinning run as UCSB defeated Fresno State, 1-0 in eight innings...The triple against the Bulldogs started a season-best six game hitting streak, which lasted until Apr. 21...During the aforementioned streak, she went 2-for-3 with a double, a RBI, and a career-high three runs against UC Davis (Apr. 14)...Had a hit in each of the Gauchos' NCAA Regional games, including a homerun against Loyola Marymount in the season closer (May 19)....Currently tied for eighth all-time in the UCSB record books for homeruns in a career with 11.
2006
One of six players to start all 46 games...Hit .277 on the season, good for third on the team, and .298 in Big West play...Second on the team with 19 RBI...Tied second on the team for doubles (6), second for slugging percentage (.467), and was third for homeruns (3)...One of only four Gauchos to hit a triple during the season...Posted a .986 fielding percentage, good for fifth on the team...Made her collegiate debut with a 2-for-3 performance and her first homerun against Sacramento State Feb. 9...On Feb. 24 she went 3-for-3 with a homerun, a double, and two RBI in loss to No. 10 Oklahoma...Was 3-for-3 with two runs and an RBI on Mar. 4 against Loyola Chicago...Third homerun of the season came against Big West champions Cal State Fullerton when she went 2-for-5 on Apr. 1...Also went 3-for-4 with a homerun and a career-high four RBI versus Northridge on Apr. 23.
High School
Played outfield at Santiago High School under coach John Perez...Was a three-time All-Mountain View League and All-CIF First Team selection, a two-time All-County First Team selection, and was named All-State her junior year...Guided the Sharks to four-straight Mountain View League titles and to a CIF Championship in 2004...Hit .383 with five homeruns and a school record 36 RBI her senior year...Went 6-for-7 (.847) in a single game...also played varsity basketball for Santiago as a sophomore.

Played for the Team Smith travel ball squad out of Yorba Linda, Calif. under coaches Julie Smith and Jesse Marquez.
