FRISCO - Texas State had three golfers, including a pair of underclassmen, named Honorable Mention All-Southland Conference as the league announced its 2007 All-SLC Men's and Women's Golf Squads.

Named to the women's team were senior Anessa Thompson and sophomore Christine Brijalba. Junior Tyler Barnes-Wolf was named to the men's squad.

Thompson led the Bobcat women with a 78.50 stroke average. She had four top-10 finishes during the year. Brijalba had a 78.93 stroke average and two top-10 finishes during the 2006-07 season.

Barnes-Wolf led the Texas State men's team with a 74.58 stroke average. His 12th place finish at the Middle Tennessee State/Aldila Intercollegiate helped Texas State to a season-high second-place finish at the event.
