All-Southland Conference honorable mention at fullback...carried the ball seven times for 29 yards, averaging 4.1 yards per carry, after missing the first four games of the season...scored a pair of rushing touchdowns on the year...added seven receptions for 64 yards...first touchdown came on a five-yard run as the final score in the Bobcats' 45-31 win over Southeastern Louisiana...second score came against Nicholls State when he carried four times for 11 yards...added three receptions for 33 yards against the Colonels...also had one carry for four yards against Sam Houston State...had at least one catch in three straight games, beginning with a 12-yard reception at Central Arkansas.

Named First-Team All-Southland Conference at fullback as a sophomore...used as a blocking back who did not carry the football during the year but caught six passes for 38 yards and two touchdowns...had a three-yard touchdown pass out of the backfield against Southern Utah...caught two passes for 16 yards in win over Southeastern Louisiana...also had two receptions for 17 yards in season finale at Sam Houston State, including a four-yard touchdown catch...was named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI First-Team...also selected to the Southland Conference's Capital One Academic All-Conference team...named one of the 2006 squad's team captains.

Caught seven passes for 91 yards out of the backfield for the Bobcats...first reception was for an 18-yard touchdown that cut a first-half Texas A&M lead to 20-14...started the following week against South Dakota State...started a total of eight games during the season...only times he was not credited on paper after starting against SDSU were in three games when the `Cats utilized an extra wide receiver in the starting lineup...did not catch another pass until the Nicholls State game...hauled in two passes for 22 yards, including a 15-yard catch...had a 25-yard reception on the road at Stephen F. Austin...also had two catches for 14 yards in the Bobcats' playoff game against Northern Iowa...also saw action on special teams for Texas State.
