SAN MARCOS - Texas State University football coach David Bailiff and baseball coach Ty Harrington will co-host the Second Annual Ty and Dave's Bobcat Summer Bash July 21-22.

The weekend event begins with a fish fry on July 21 with a 36-team golf tournament being played July 22 at Quail Creek Country Club.

Each golf team for the July 22 event will receive an entry gift, goody bag, chance at prizes and a lunch and beverages during the tournament. Each golf team will also receive tickets to the July 21 fish fry. In addition to the fish fry, the evening will include live music as well as a silent and live auction.

Proceeds from the Bobcat Summer Bash will benefit Texas State's baseball and football programs. For more information contact the Texas State football office at (512) 245-1974.
