UK's Humphrey grabbed a game-high 16 rebounds and 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting en route to notching her second consecutive double-double (points-rebounds).
The Lady Broncs were led by Tamara Vaughn (Houston, TX/Blinn College), who was the only UTPA player to score in double figures. Vaughns 11-point performance came in the form of 4-of-14 shooting from the field while going 3-of-3 from the charity stripe.
UTPA shot 29.4 percent from the field on 15-of-51 shooting compared to UK's 40.0 percent on 28-of-70 from the field. The Lady Broncs were dominated in all facets of the game, including rebounding where the Wildcats won that battle 48-34 while out scoring UTPA 18-1 in second chance points.
