Tulane-Rice Game Three to Air Nationally on ESPN2 at Noon Monday
June 13, 2005 NEW ORLEANS - The third and deciding game of the NCAA New Orleans Super Regional between Tulane and Rice will air nationally on ESPN2 beginning at Noon (Central), the network and the NCAA informed Tulane Monday morning. Originally, the game was scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN at the same time as the Clemson-Baylor Game 3 from Waco, Texas. That game will remain on ESPN with the match-up between the Green Wave and the Owls set to air on ESPN2. The change means fans across the country will be able to tune in to the finale of the three-game set between the two future Conference USA foes, who meet with a trip to Omaha, Neb. and the College World Series on the line. Tulane defeated Rice, 7-0, in Sunday's second game to tie the series at one game apiece after Rice won the first game on Saturday, 9-5. The game will be broadcast on the radio in New Orleans on WRBH FM 88.3 and is available at no charge on the internet at www.TulaneGreenWave.com by clicking on the link in the Live Coverage box on the front page. -- Roll Wave --
