NEW ORLEANS, La. - Lightning has delayed the Championship game of the New Orleans NCAA Baseball Regional between Tulane and Alabama. The Green Wave led Alabama, 7-4, with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning when lightning was detected in the vicinity of Turchin Stadium. The earliest the game will re-start is 10:25 p.m.

If Alabama defeats Tulane, the teams will then need to play another game after the first game. If Tulane wins, it will advance to Super Regional play this weekend.
