2000 Outdoor: Ran both the 400 meters and the 800 meters for the Wave. Had a season-best time of 47.36 in the 400 at the Conference USA Championships (5/13). His best 800 time was 1:57.09 at the Southern Miss Relays (3/18).

2000 Indoor: Ran a season-best 400 of 48.67 in his hometown during the New York Sports Museum Invitational (1/15).

1999 Cross Country: Ran one time during the season, at the LSU Cross Country Invitational.

1999 Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.

1999 Indoor: An NCAA Qualifier as part of Tulane's 4x400-meter relay that set a school record of 3:11.04. Earned all-conference honors after finishing second at the C-USA Indoor Championships with a 400-meter time of 47.86. Top performer in the 400 meters (47.72), which was the No. 2 time in school history. Also a key member in the relays, taking part in the 4x400 and Distance Medley Relay.

1998 Outdoor: Earned all-Conference USA honors with a runner-up finish in the 400-meters. Ran the second-fastest 400-meter dash in school history (46.60). Helped 4x400 relay to a 3:12.61 mark at the Alabama Relays.

1998 Indoor: Earned all-C-USA honors with a 49.39 in the 400 at the indoor championships. Posted the team's fastest 800-meter time of the season with a 1:52.73.

Prep: In track ran the 400 (48.14), 600 (1:22.05) and 800 meters. A three-time Queens MVP and a four-time New York City Champion.

Personal: Born December 11, 1978. Has one younger sister. Enjoys playing basketball. Plans to major in business administration and minor in computer science.
