2008 Outdoor: Named to the 2008 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-Conference Team...Placed 10th in 800m run (2:18.05) and 10th in 1500m run (4:43.49) at 2008 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships...Ranked #1 in 800m run with a time of 2:21.17 and second in 1500m run with a time of 4:51.17 at Towson Invitational ...Placed 5th in heat #2 in 800m run event with a time of 2:17.87 at University of Pennsylvania Invitational...3rd place finish at New Jersey Invitational in 1500m run with a time of 4:48.73.

Indoor 2007-08: Ranked 14th in 1000m run at 2008 A-10 Championships...3rd place finish in 1000m run at Penn State Relays...Ranked 11th overall in 800m run at The Gotham Cup.

Indoor 2006-07: Placed 11th at A-10s in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:23.41...Ran a season-best 3:12.27 in the 1000m at the Delaware Invitational.

Outdoor 2006: Finished 11th in the 800m at A-10s with a season-best time of 2:18.40...Also had team best time of 5:04.83 in the 1500m at Monmouth...Also ran a time of 2:18.92 in the 800m at TCNJ.

Indoor 2005-06: Set new school record in the 1000m by running a time of 3:00.58 at A-10s...Finished sixth in the event...Had team-best 800m time at Maryland (2:24.29)...Also ran the mile in 5:34.35 at Bucknell.

Outdoor 2005: Placed sixth in the triple jump at A-10s with season-best 34'5 1/2"...Was sixth in the triple at Penn (33'2") and ninth at Delaware (33'5 3/4")...Also competed in the 800m (2:25.18) and 1500m (5:11.97).
