The Temple golf team finished at the No. 3 spot at the Georgetown

Invitational this past weekend. The Owls were led by freshmen Garren

Poirier and Eric Ramsey who tied for ninth place with a two-day 146 on

the par 72 Lansdowne Resort Course.

For the Owls, this is one of the best starts since 1996 after starting

the season with a second place finish at the Navy Invitaional (Sept.

11-12).
