Complete Results in PDF Format PRINCETON, NJ - The Temple golf shot a two round 607 (300-307) to finish 11th at the Princeton Invitational, played Saturday, April 14, at Springdale Country Club. The third and final round of the Invitational, slated for Sunday, was cancelled due to inclement weather. Senior co-captain James Boose offered his best finish of the spring thus far, carding a 148 (74-74) on the par 71 course to place tied for 17th in the 78-player field. Fellow senior captain Logan Terry (74-78) and sophomore Adam Pifer (77-75) also had solid showings in challenging conditions, posting 152 totals to finish tied for 40th. Paul Amess (t-50th, 75-80=155) and Hugo Braune (77th, 87-84=171) comprised the rest of the Cherry & White scorecard. St. John's won the team title with a 15-over par 583 (291-292), four stokes better than host Princeton. Columbia finished in the show position with a 20-over 588. Temple bested Eastern rivals Navy (609), Rutgers (615), Villanova (619) and Rider (632) in the 15-team event. Tiger senior John Sawin won the individual title by two strokes over Keegan Bradley of St. John's. Sawin finished with a four under par 138, as the two were the only players to conclude the tournament under par. Temple, under the leadership of third-year head coach Brian Rogers, returns to the links at the Mount St. Mary's Invitational, April 20-21, in Emmitsburg, Md.
