COLLEGE STATION, Texas (October 29, 2000) -- The TCU women's soccer team lost its final regular season game to the Aggies of Texas A&M by a score of 3-0 at College Station. The Frogs finished the regular season with a 10-8-1 record and a 5-2 mark in the WAC.

Texas A&M midfielder Alison Peters scored the game winning goal only seven minutes in to the match. Midfielder Kristen Strutz scored the Aggies' other two goals and assisted on Peters' goal to give her five points in the game.

The Frogs will compete in the WAC Soccer Championships this week in Fresno, California beginning on Thursday, November 2, when they play Fresno State in the first round. The Frogs are seeded third in the tournament and the winner of the match will play Tulsa in the semi-finals. TCU beat Fresno State back on October 15 by a score of 3-0. The match will begin at 9:30 p.m. Central time.
