DENVER (Sept. 11) -- The TCU womens soccer team was recognized today when sophomore forward Sherry Dick was named the Western Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Dick currently leads the WAC in shots with 41 and has scored four goals and notched one assist this season for a total of nine points.

The Arlington native was given the honor after she scored two game winning goals this past week to lead the Frogs to a 2-0-1 record last week. Dicks game winning goals came in TCUs 2-1 victory over Centenary on September 5, and their 3-2 double overtime win on September 10 against Oklahoma State.
