FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU women's golf standout Camille Blackerby has been selected to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District First Team through the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

By being a first-team selection, Blackerby is eligible for Academic All-America honors. The Breckenridge, Texas, native is a three-time All-American Scholar by the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA).

Blackerby is also a three-time all-conference selection. She has a career-best 75.0 stroke average and six top-10 finishes this season. Her play has been instrumental in the 18th-ranked Horned Frogs winning the Mountain West Conference championship and advancing to the NCAA National Championship for the first time since 2000.

Blackerby graduated earlier this month with a degree in mechanical engineering.
