The TCU women's golf team is currently tied for ninth place at the Central District Invitational at River Wilderness Country Club in Parrish, Florida. The women turned in a day one total of 312 in today's first round. Texas A&M leads the team competition after posting a team score of 294, and host school Michigan State stands in second place with a team total of 296 in Monday's action.

Individually for the Frogs, Shannon Barr paced the team with a 76 and is tied for 18th place. Brooke Tull and Meredith Easley both fired a 77 and are in a tie for 25th place. Also competing for TCU are Lori Sutherland, who posted an 82 and is tied for 62nd place, and Jennifer Patterson, who carded an 84 and is in a tie for 66th place.

The two-day event concludes on Tuesday, February 26.
