2007: Sat out the season per a violation of University policy ... started 11 games in 2006 as he totaled 32 tackles with 8.5 for a loss, including four sacks. 2006: Started the last eight games and 11 overall on the season... played exceptionally well down the stretch, twice earning TCU Defensive Player of the Week honors... had a sack in four of the last seven games... those four sacks represented his season total... all 8.5 of his tackles for a loss, which placed fourth on the team, came in the last seven contests... had at least one stop behind the line of scrimmage in six of those games... 24 of his 32 tackles on the year were solos... had two stops for a loss, including a sack for minus-12 yards, in the 52-0 win over San Diego State... added a pass break-up against the Aztecs... also made two tackles behind the line of scrimmage, with a sack, in the 25-10 win at UNLV... his other sacks were against Wyoming and Colorado State... totaled a career-best six tackles at New Mexico... recovered a fumble against Air Force... also had a stop for a 2-yard loss among two tackles versus the Falcons... credited with a quarterback hurry in the 12-3 win over Texas Tech... closed the year with a tackle for a 4-yard loss in the Poinsettia Bowl win over Northern Illinois. 2005: True freshman who played in 11 games and totaled seven tackles... had a season-best three stops, all solo, in the 38-17 win over Army (Oct. 15)... also had tackles in victories over Utah (Sept. 15), New Mexico (Oct. 1), Wyoming (Oct. 8) and San Diego State (Oct. 29). High School: Local product who was a member of the Star-Telegram's Area Top 50 list... ranked 94th on the Dallas Morning News Area Top 100 list... always double- and even triple-teamed, made 35 solo tackles, 32 assisted tackles, 11 tackles for loss, four sacks and had 14 quarterback pressures as a senior in 2004... can also deep snap... has 4.7 speed in the 40-yard dash... turned down overtures from Baylor, Colorado State, Purdue and SMU.
