The TCU Horned Frogs (14-14, 4-10 C-USA) play the final road game of the season Tuesday, when they face the Tulane Green Wave (13-12, 5-9 C-USA) in a C-USA contest. Tipoff for the February 26 contest at Fogelman Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m. After winning three straight games, the Frogs have dropped two in a row, losing to South Florida and at Southern Miss. Tulane has also dropped two straight, including a 96-54 loss at Charlotte last Saturday. The contest has tournament ramifications as both teams are looking to seal C-USA tournaments seeds. TCU will return to Daniel-Meyer Coliseum on Saturday, March 2, when the Frogs host East Carolina.

Radio/TV: The Tulane game can be heard on KMKI Disney 620 AM radio and KTCU (88.7 FM) with Brian Estridge (play-by-play) and former TCU basketball letterman Herb Stephens (analysis) describing the action. The game will not be televised.

Billy Tubbs: One of the nation's winningest coaches, Billy Tubbs is in his 8th season at TCU and his 28th overall as a head coach. His career record stands at 593-296, which places him 12th among the NCAA's winningest active coaches. Tubbs is seven wins shy of the 600 victory plateau. Only 35 coaches have won at least 600 games in their respective careers. While at TCU, Tubbs has recorded a win-loss mark of 154-94. He is assisted by Brian Fish, Rob Flaska and Scott Edgar.

TCU vs. Tulane: This is the seventh meeting between TCU and Tulane, and the Frogs trail in the series, 4-2. Earlier this season, Tulane defeated TCU in overtime by a score of 87-82. Before this season, TCU last faced Tulane in the 1990 season, when the Frogs defeated Tulane, 81-79, in Fort Worth. The two teams first met in the 1961 season, when the Green Wave beat TCU (89-72) in New Orleans. Tulane also posted wins over TCU in 1965 (82-80) and 1977 (100-82). The Frogs picked up their first victory in the series on November 24, 1989, a 83-63 win in New Orleans. The Frogs are 1-2 vs. Tulane in games played in New Orleans.

About The Tulane Green Wave: The Green Wave are led by second-year head coach Shawn Finney. Tulane enters the contest with a record of 13-12 overall, 5-9 in league play. They are 2-4 in home conference games, and 3-5 on the road. Tulane is led in scoring by forward Brandon Brown, who is averaging 15.8 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. One of the top shooting teams in the league, Tulane is hitting 47% from the field , while holding opponents to 44%. Tulane closes the regular-season Saturday, when they host Saint Louis.
