Fort Worth, Texas - The TCU swimming and diving teams were recognized by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) with the Team Academic All-American Award. The women's team was recognized for the 24th straight semester as it finished with a 3.09 grade point average. Meanwhile, the men's squad also was honored as it finished with a 2.81 G.P.A.

Last season, the women's team finished with an 11-2 dual record and it was the runner-up at the 2005 C-USA Championships. The team finished first in five events and had nine student-athletes earn all-conference recognition. The men's team closed out competing in Conference USA with its fourth straight Invitational title. They claimed the gold medal in five events and had 13 student-athletes earn all-conference accolades.
