In Southern’s week-end (3/20-21) four-game sweep of Grambling State, Toussaint
had a batting average of .467 for the series. At the plate he went 7 for 15 with 8 runs
scored, 4 home runs and 13 RBI’s. In Saturday’s second game (3/20) , an 18-4
Jaguar win, he went 3 for 4 with 3 runs, 3 RBIs and 2 home runs.

Pitcher of the Week
Jarred Vaughn-Jackson State (5-10, 190, Soph. R/R, Louisville, MS
Last week in a 9-4 victory against Alabama A&M, Vaughn struck out a career-high
10 batters and allowed just one (1) earned run.
