St. Thomas Baseball (4-5, 0-0 FSC) had an early season rematch against Northwood University, after first handing the Seahawks their first loss a week ago. Fortunately for STU, the outcome was the same, winning 8-3, as they continued to hit Northwood pitching hard.

Leading off the game, second baseman Alex Pascual went yard, hitting his second homerun of the season. Sophomore outfielder Peter Rodriguez was the leading hitter for the Bobcats, going 4-5 with five RBI.

Luis Valenzuela pitched five strong innings to pick up the win (2-1).

The Bobcats play next on Friday, February 18th against Webber International University. They will conclude the weekend series with a double header on Saturday.
