Stony Brook, N.Y. - Anthony Barberio picks up Stony Brook Athlete of the Week honors after a clutch week for the men's soccer team. Barberio netted a pair of goals and added an assist to help the Seawolves clinch their first berth in the America East Tournament.

Barberio kicked off the week with the game-winning goal and an assist vs. Northeastern as the Seawolves clinched the fifth seed in the conference tournament. In the opening match vs. fourth-seeded Vermont, Barberio netted the game-tying goal that forced overtime, and SB went on to win the match in penalty kicks to advance to the semifinals.
