AMHERST, MA - Even though the Hawks' season didn't end the way they expected, SJU did receive some good news Sunday as sophomore Ali Wean was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team.

In Friday's semifinal game versus Dayton, Wean tallied Saint Joseph's lone goal. For the tournament, Wean led the Hawks with five shots.

Wean finished her first season on Hawk Hill as the team's leading scorer. She finished with five goals and two assists for 12 points on the year.

The Hawks finished the 2004 season with a 9-11-1 record and their best ever showing at the Atlantic 10 Championships, advancing to the semifinals.
