New York, NY - St. John's sophomore Claudio Halim fell this afternoon in the B Flight Consolation Finals at the Columbia Classic. After dropping his first round match, Halim bounced back to win back-to-back matches yesterday to advance to the finals.

In today's match, the two fought through a tough first set, before Ilya Shatashvili of Columbia eventually won 7-5. Shatashvili went on to take the second set 6-1 for the match.

St. John's will return to action on Saturday, February 5 at Pennsylvania.
