Town places fourth at Little Three

EAST AURORA, N.Y. - The St. Bonaventure men's team placed second and the women's team placed third today at the Little Three Championships at Christ The King Seminary hosted by Canisius. Niagara took first place in both the men's and women's races. On the men's side, the Bonnies placed ahead of Canisius. Junior Brian Theirman placed first for the Bonnies with an overall time of 28:11. Sophomore Andrew Shulha and senior Paul Nessle finished at 28:25 and 28:40, respectively. On the women's side, senior Mary Town placed fourth overall and first for the Bonnies with an overall time of 20:36. Senior Nancy Hanft and junior Katie Walsh finished at 22:21 and 23:13, respectively.
The Bonnies will return to action on Nov. 1 for the Atlantic 10 Championships in Pittsburgh, Pa.
