International Competition: Swam at the 2009 U.S. Open in Federal Way, Wash., in August, 2009 in the 400 freestyle... competed in both the 200 and 400 meter free at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials...finished 51st in the shorter distance with a time of 4:19.02...traveled overseas to swim in the 2002 Mare Nostrum Swim Circuit held in Italy, Monaco and France, then returned for the 2004 Circuit in Monaco and France... swam in the Summer Senior Nationals each year from 2002 to 2006...competed at the 2004 and 2005 World Championship Trials...was a member of the 2002-03 U.S. National Junior Team...as part of the American team, competed at the 2003 Australian Youth Olympic Festival.

Stanford in 2009-2010 (Senior): Placed fourth in the 1650 freestyle at the Toshiba Classic...placed 10th in the 200 freestyle against Florida and Michigan.

Stanford in 2008-09 (Junior): Swam a best of 1:50.33 at the Pac-10 Championships in the 200 free and 4:48.71 at the conference meet in the 500... also posted a season-best 16:48.18 in the conference championship in the 1650... best 1000 freestyle time was against Cal, swimming 10:01.75.

Stanford in 2007-08 (Sophomore):
Was fully healthy after struggling through injuries during her freshman season...logged an 11th-place finish in the 500 free at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 4:48.35, along with a 13th-place showing in the 1,650 free...also finished 21st in the 200 free (16:42.85).

Stanford in 2006-07 (Freshman): Was sidelined for a majority of the season due to injury...returned to swim exhibitions at the Pac-10 Championships.

High School, Club and Personal Data: Graduated from Wesleyan School in Norcross, Ga., where she was an eight-time high school All-American....was named a 2003 and 2004 USA Swimming Scholastic All-American...established a Georgia state record in the 200 free...was a four-time individual Georgia high school state champion...earned 2006 Georgia High School Swimmer of the Year honors...set Wesleyan records in the 50, 100, 200 and 500 free, along with the 200 IM and 100 breast...was a member of the National Honor Society in French and mathematics...competed with the Dynamo Swim Club...father, Tom, played collegiate football at Cornell University...majoring in political science.
