"Anna will be looked upon this season to provide leadership in the outfield. She is a very gifted player who has great speed and instincts for the game. She is a great outfielder and has improved every year defensively. Offensively, she is very versatile, as she can slap from the left side of the plate and hit for power from the right."


As a Senior in 2008: Played in 63 games for the Cardinal, starting 61 of those in right field ... Slapped 40 hits for a .267 average ... Had three doubles, a triple and seven RBI ... Scored 22 Stanford runs and stole eight bases ... Posted eight multi-hit games on the year ... Longest hitting streak was four games at the Stanford Invitational ...
