2001-02 Season (Sophomore): Started the season 100 percent healthy after missing all but five games the year before with food poisoning ... However, missed seven games after suffering a sprained right ankle in practice (12/21/01) ... Returned to action with three points and two rebounds against Washington (1/19/02) ... Played his first game of the season with four minutes of action against Belmont (12/18/01) in the first round of the Stanford Invitational.

2000-01 (Freshman): Appeared in five games after suffering from food poisoning which sidelined him for seven months ... Played six minutes against UC Riverside (11/29/00).

1999-00 Season (Redshirt Freshman): Bothered by shin splits and a stress fracture, thus he was redshirted.

High School: Helped lead Mercer Island High School to two Washington state titles ... During his three seasons as a starter, helped lead the team to a 81-9 record ... Averaged 18 points and ten rebounds during his senior season, and led Mercer Island (27-3) to the Washington state 3A championship ... In the championship game against O'Dea, scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds ... Shot 67 percent from the floor ... Fired home a career-high 28 points in a game against Issaquah ...
