Lady Eagle Volleyball Team Travels to Louisville and Cincinnati For C-USA Weekend Series
The Southern Miss volleyball team hits the road for a Conference USA weekend series at Louisville (Oct. 26) and Cincinnati (Oct. 28). The Lady Eagles will try to snap a six-match losing streak in the process.

Following the UNO match, Oct. 30, Southern Miss will play its final two home matches in the Payne Center.

Southern Miss (7-13, 2-8) is coming off two weekend losses to DePaul and Marquette. Kelly Tribble and Andrea Bush talled 38 and 35 kills, respectively, for the weekend series. Tribble added 28 digs and 12 blocks.

Louisville (13-4, 8-3) is coming off a split weekend series at Memphis and Saint Louis. Sonja Percan and Anastasia Zaitseva led the Cardinals with 43 and 37 kills, respectively.

Cincinnati (13-5, 10-1) is coming off weekend wins against Saint Louis and Memphis. Becky Stahl tallied 40 kills over the weekend with 35 digs.

Louisville leads the series with Southern Miss 21-1, while Cincinnati leads the series 16-2.

Following the Louisville-Cincinnati series, Southern Miss returns home to host non-conference foe New Orleans (Oct. 30) in Reed Green Coliseum.
