Eagles Offer Special Holiday Ticket
Hattiesburg, Miss. -- Southern Miss Director of Athletics Richard Giannini has announced a special ticket discount for December men’s basketball games in conjunction with "Christmas at the Green House."

Fans donating a new toy or non-perishable food item(s) at either the Ferlise Center or at Reed Green Coliseum on the evening of the game can purchase adult bleacher tickets at $5 each for men’s basketball home games in December against Morris Brown (Dec. 15), Millsaps (Dec. 18) and Western Kentucky (Dec. 22). The Athletic Department will work with Christian Services in coordinating distribution of donated items.

Other highlights of "Christmas at the Green House" will include a jazz ensemble that will perform prior to and throughout men's games on Dec. 18 and 22, and women's games on Dec. 19 and 21. Santa Claus also is scheduled to make an appearance at the Dec. 21 and 22 games.

"This is our way of saying thanks to all our loyal fans who give us such outstanding support throughout the year," Director of Athletics Richard Giannini said. "This also gives our fans, as well as the athletics department, an opportunity to help those less priviledged among us at a time of the year when it is important that we all strive to make sure that everyone has a happy and fulfilled holiday season."

The above discount does not apply to previously purchased tickets for the game.

General public ticket prices for the games are $12 in the chairback seats. Bleacher tickets cost $9 in the premium areas and $6 in the non-premium areas. A youth bleacher ticket, for those ages 14 and under, costs $4.
