Thursday's scheduled non-conference softball doubleheader with Centenary has been cancelled due to the threat of inclement weather late Wednesday. With the threat of heavy rains in the area Wednesday and into Thursday, discussions were held between Centenary and SFA and it was decided that the games would be cancelled.

Postponing the games to Friday would have caused SFA to play a non-conference doubleheader less than 24 hours before taking on conference leading UT-Arlington on the final weekend of regular season action.

SFA remains percentage points out of the sixth and final spot for the SLC postseason tournament with three games remaining in the regular season.
