NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack basketball team defeated Texas-San Antonio, 56-48, Saturday afternoon in the 2006 O'Reilly Auto Parts Southland Conference Championship game to earn the league's automatic berth in the NCAA Championships. The Ladyjacks will gather at Harlan's Bar-B-Que Monday beginning at 5 p.m. for the bracket announcement.

Harlan's is offering a $5 special for all Ladyjack fans. For only $5, every fan of the SFA purple and white will receive a sandwich, side order and a drink. Harlan's Bar-B-Que will be open until 7 p.m.

The NCAA Women's Selection Show will begin at 6 p.m. Central time on ESPN. The Ladyjacks are making their 18th overall appearance in the tournament, but their first since the 2001-02 season. SFA is 23-7 (.767) on the season.
