Looking to have a breakout season after an injury-plagued junior year . . . has complete knowledge of the Samford system . . . can play the wing, strong forward or center positions.

Junior (2003-04): Fought through some nagging injuries during the year and saw action in 15 games . . . averaged 3.4 points and 1.7 rebounds per game . . . scored six points on the road against Purdue . . . grabbed six rebounds at New Orleans . . . collected six points versus Southern Miss. . . . scored five points against Tennessee-Temple . . . accumulated six points and five rebounds against Covenant College . . . scored five points against Eastern Illinois . . . tallied six points on the road against Austin Peay.

Sophomore (2002-03): Started in 19 of the Bulldogs' 26 games . . . missed a pair of games due to health problems that limited his action during the first half of the season . . . started the final 16 games of the regular season . . . registered eight double-figure performances . . . recorded a career-high 22 points and nine rebounds on 9-of-12 shooting in a victory over Stetson . . . followed that performance with a 17-point, four-rebound game against Jacksonville . . . led the Bulldogs in free-throw shooting, hitting 86.7 percent (39-45) of his attempts from the charity stripe . . . made 20-consecutive free throws from Jan. 9 to Feb. 15, a span of 12 games.

Freshman (2001-02): Named the Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year . . . averaged 6.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and nearly two assists per game . . . scored in double figures five times . . . recorded his season high of 14 points in the opener against Loyola-Marymount as he finished 5-of-5 from the field, including a 4-of-4 performance from three-point range . . . played in 27 games and started 20 . . . played an instrumental role in a key road win at Troy State, scoring 12 points (5-11) while grabbing a career-high seven rebounds . . . scored 13 points in 17 minutes at Stetson . . . scored 10 points in the final regular-season game against Mercer . . . shot 43 percent from the field, 39 percent from three-point range and 73 percent from the line over the course of the season . . . fired 50 percent or better from the field in 12 games . . . converted on 16 of his last 18 free-throw attempts.

High School: Finished his illustrious prep career as a five-sport athlete at Winfield High School (football, basketball, baseball, track and golf) . . . averaged a double-double (23 points and 10 rebounds) per game . . . named First-Team All-Alabama by the Alabama Sports Writer's Association as a senior . . . earned academic all-state honors in football.
