SHU Lands 24 on NEC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll

FAIRFIELD, CT - The Sacred Heart University athletic department had 24 student athletes represented in the Inaugural Northeast Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll it was announced today. The Honor Roll consists of 196 student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 or higher. Robert Morris was the only school with more representatives with 25.

The women's track and cross country teams led the way for the Pioneers with seven members earning the honor. Field hockey and football were next with three student athletes apiece.
