MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Mar. 25, 2005) ¨C Junior Adam Pierce (Conroe, Texas) capped off his two days of competition at the NCAA Men¡¯s Swimming and Diving Championships by taking 14th on the 3-meter diving board with a score of 523.85. Senior Marc Gastaldo (Winslow, Maine) finished 24th with 483.50. Pierce finished 13th on the 1-meter board on Thursday, while Gastaldo took 18th. Defending champion Auburn is leading the race heading into Day 2¡¯s finals with a team score of 285.
