Freshman Molly Crispell and the 14th-ranked Penn State women's swimming and diving team will wrap up their regular season Friday and Saturday at No. 19 Indiana. The Nittany Lion women will also get a first-hand look at the Big Ten Championship facilities as the conference championships will be held Feb. 17-19 in Bloomington, Ind.

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. (Jan. 27, 2005) - The Penn State men's and women's swimming and diving teams will each travel to the Midwest this weekend, as the women wrap up their regular season at Indiana, and the men will take on Missouri and Iowa in Iowa City, Friday and Saturday.

The 14th-ranked Penn State women, which are 5-1, will get a good look of the upcoming Big Ten Championship facilities as they take on 19th-ranked Indiana at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center in Bloomington, Ind. Beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, and ending with a second session at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The Hoosiers will host the Big Ten Championships, which will be held Feb. 17-19 in Bloomington, Ind.

Freshman Sean Biedermann and the Penn State men's swimming and diving team will participate in a double-dual meet in Iowa City, Iowa, versus the Hawkeyes and Missouri on Friday and Saturday. The Nittany Lions will return home for Senior Day against Ohio Sate Feb. 4 and 5 at McCoy Natatorium.

The Nittany Lion men, also 5-1 on the season, will swim a double-dual meet versus Big 12 conference member Missouri, and Big Ten foe Iowa, at the Fieldhouse Pool in Iowa City, Iowa. The meet will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday, and conclude with a second session at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The men's 2005 Big Ten Championships will be held Feb. 24-26 in Minneapolis, Minn.

The Penn State men will wrap up their regular season when they play host to Ohio State 6 p.m. Feb. 4 and 12 p.m. Feb. 5 at McCoy Natatorium.
