Pair of former Lions take victory in Arts Festival 10K road race

State College, Pa., July 14, 2003 - Two former Penn State track and field athletes claimed victory Sunday in the mens and womens divisions of the Arts Festival 10K race.

Kim McGreevy, currently in her third year as a graduate manager for the Penn State Women's Track and Field Team, won the women's division of the Festival race. McGreevy was the 1996 Big Ten Cross Country Athlete of the Year and a three-time All-American in cross country and track and field at Penn State as a student-athlete.

James Carney, who competed for Penn State during the 2001 season, won the men's division of the Festival race.
