San Francisco, Calif. - Three different Tigers finished with a better time than ever posted before in Pacific cross country history as the Tigers finished in fourth place finish out of six teams at the San Francisco State Invite on Saturday, Oct. 2.

Pacific sophomore Jessica Daley (Antioch, Calif.) paced the Tigers as she finished the 5k race with a new school record time of 19:04.7.  Freshman Ainsley Cray (Rhinelander, Wisc.) and sophomore Jill Himlan (Santa Cruz, Calif.), were only seconds behind Daley as Cray finished in 19:25 and Himlan came in at 19:32.  All three runners eclipsed the old Pacific record in a 5K, which was held by Cynthia Kriegar with a time of 19:46 at the Sundodger Invite in 1999.
