Bragg, Gutierrez, Lewis and Radecke continue action at the 2006 ConocoPhillips National Championships

Irvine, Calif. - Junior Ja-Neil Bragg (Manteca, Calif.) was the lone Tiger to compete in an individual event on Thursday, Aug. 3 at the 2006 ConocoPhillips National Championships in Irvine, Calif.

Bragg finished 32nd in the preliminary round of the 400 IM with a time of 4:56.51.

One event later, Bragg was joined by former Tiger Jennifer Radecke (Alameda, Calif.) as well as current Pacific teammates junior Sarah Gutierrez (San Jose, Calif.) and sophomore Jenny Lewis (Hesperia, Calif.) in the 800 Free Relay.

The Pacific relay team finished 34th in the event with a time of 8:40.97.

Both Pacific entrys swam as representatives of Tiger Aquatics, the club team that trains at Pacific's Chris Kjeldsen Pool.

Radecke will return to action in the 800 Free on Saturday, Aug. 6.
