In addition, was the first OSU gymnast to record a 10.0 as a freshman and the second Beaver to win a Pac-10 title as a freshman (Chari Knight won the first of her six Pac-10 titles in 1991, when she won bars her freshman year)... Lamun was named to the All-Pac-10 Team on floor... Placed first on the event five times as a rookie, averaging 9.837 for the season... In addition to her 10.0, had a 9.90 or better four other times... Also competed on bars and beam in all 13 meets and topped the 9.90 mark at least once on each of those events as well.
