PERSONAL--Born 6/16/79 in Denver, CO...son of Micahel and Karen Jackson...enjoys playing basketball and video games...Junior Seau and Reggie White are his favorite athletes...selected OSU because, "that is where I felt the most comfortable."

OSU--(2000--Senior)--played in all 12 games last year and started the first four of the season...he enters his senior year with 157 defensive production points, along with 34 tackles, 4 quarterback sacks and 6 tackles for loss...LaDairis reported for spring drills listed as the No. 1 defensive right end and fresh from an outstanding winder conditioning program...LaDairis worked extremely hard during the spring and by his play indicated he wants to have an outstanding senior year...he teams with DeLawrence Grant to give the Beavers two solid pass rushers from defensive end winter conditioning, LaDairis posted the teamís ninth best bench press mark of 360 pounds...he also had a back squat best of 415 pounds and a power clean mark of 280.

OSU-(1999--Junior)--LaDairis will enroll at Oregon State fall term and report for fall camp on August 9 as a defensive end on the depth chart..

EL CAMINO COLLEGE, Torrance, CA--LaDairis listed #59 on SuperPrep Magazine list of JUCO top 100 players in the nation...selected to J.C Grid-Wire first-team All-America squad...selected as a preseason J.C. Grid-Wire All-America, plus he was named a J.C. first-team J.C. Grid-Wire All-America following the 1998 season...first-team JC Athletic Bureau All-State Region IV pick...first-team All-Mission Conference, Northern Division defensive team selection...had 27 solo tackles, 40 assisted tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 7 quarterback sacks, 31 quarterback hurries; 21 quarterback knock-downs; 3 passes broken up; 1 interception; 4 caused fumbles and 4 recovered fumbles in 10 games in 1998...83 total tackles...El Camino College had a 7-3 record in 1998...played for Coach John Featherstone... "LaDairis plays the game with a lot of passion. He has quick feet and attacks the line of scrimmage and gets into the backfield quick. I think he could add another 20 pounds and be an even greater force than he is now," said Featherstone...LaDairis ended up selecting OSU over Kansas State.

ALSIK HIGH SCHOOL, Alief, Texas--LaDairis played his prep football at Alsik High School in Alief, Texas...played for Coach Mike Sciba...Alsik is a 5A school in District 20 in the Houston area.
