2004: Lamar is an excellent athlete who will battle for playing time as a true freshman...currently a defensive back prospect, but has experience on offense...Lamar joins his former prep teammate, redshirt-freshman Joe Rudulph, at Oregon State.

NATOMES: Lamar played free safety, strong safety, cornerback, middle linebacker, quarterback and running back during his career for head coach Terry Stark...prep All-American following his senior season by SuperPrep Magazine and rated him among the top 20 athletes in the a senior safety he had 130 tackles, including 75 solos...Sierra League Defensive MVP his senior season...a pulled hamstring limited his production on offense as a senior, but as a junior he accounted for more than 1,500 all-purpose yards and 20 touchdowns...other honors include among Hot 100 list, "Super West 60" and in the top 30 of Rivals' "California Top 100"...his best game as a prep was against Roseville when he had eight carries for 150 yards and three touchdowns, and added 22 tackles.

PERSONAL: Born in Alameda, California...has one brother, Dedrick, and one sister, Shamieka...hobbies include track, football, and weightlifting...Ronnie Lott is his favorite all-time athlete...undecided major.
